Should the behavior(s) be reported to the Student Behavior Assessment Team?
If you witnessed or have been told about a student's disruptive behavior(s), either on-campus, off-campus, or online, and you are a student, faculty, or staff member of Texas State, refer to the Texas State Threat Assessment Levels and, if appropriate, fill out the Student Behavioral Assessment Reporting Form.
You can consult with a member of the Student Behavior Assessment Team by either requesting a meeting on the Student Behavioral Assessment Reporting Form or calling the chairperson at 512-245-2124. Consultations may take place over the phone or in person.
The Student Behavior Assessment Team meets regularly or as needed when the chairperson or any team member deems the student's disruptive behavior(s) to be an emergency.
